The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of 21satoshi  services, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through 21satoshi.com (the "Site or website")

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) state the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to the Site and constitute a legally binding contract between you and 21Satoshi. These Terms incorporate any additional terms of service posted by 21Satoshi through the Site, or otherwise made available to you by 21Satoshi.

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting revised Terms of Service through the Site. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms of Service incorporating such changes, or otherwise notified you of such changes.

    Definitions

  1. The term "21Satoshi" or "us" or "we" or "our" refers to 21Satoshi which operates the  com website (the "Site" or “Service”).
  2. The term “User”, “You” refers to the individual, company, business organization, or other legal entity using the Services and/or contributing Content to them. The Content the User contributes, submits, transmits and/or posts to or through the Site or Website shall be referred to variously as “your Content”, “Content of yours”, and/or “Content you submit.”;

All of the above definitions can be used in the singular and plural form (if applies).

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity 21Satoshi, concerning your access to and use of 21satoshi.com. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of service incorporated.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TOU, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Service

Our Service provides trading tools for cryptocurrencies. Our Service does not provide financial advice and should not be considered as such. The information provided by our Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

Usage / Eligibility

You will use this Site in a manner consistent with any, and all, applicable laws, legislation, rules and regulations. If you violate any restrictions in these terms, you agree to indemnify 21Satoshi for any losses, costs or damages, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by 21Satoshi in relation to, or arising out of, such a breach. The legal age for use of the services shall be 18 years and above. 21Satoshi reserves the right to terminate any use of the service that doesn’t comply with usage requirement. We will also not be liable to you for any damage that might arise from person’s less than 18 years old who is found to use the services.

Assets you deposit shall be securely connected to your chosen exchange and we shall not require you to deposit money on our platform.

User’s responsibilities

By using the Site, the User undertakes in particular to:

  • - not provide any unlawful content, including unlawful content that may adversely affect the security of the Website or harm other Users.
  • - not violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third party right or commit a tort, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct, while accessing or using the Sites.
  • - abide by these Terms and will not: Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct;
  • - not use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from such user and
  • - not use the Site in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Sites or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Sites in any manner;
  • - not do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any Content, area or code of the Sites;
  • - not access any feature or area of the Sites that you are not authorized to access.
  • - not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline reader or other automated means or interface not authorized by us to access the Sites, extract data or otherwise interfere with or modify the rendering of Site pages or functionality.
  • - not to solicit information from users for illegal activities, to cause harm to people or property, or to scam others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other third party for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any type including, without limitation, service interruption or malfunction, loss of business profits, damages arising in connection with any use of the website or any and all other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with these terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms, to the fullest extent possible under applicable law, exceed the amount paid if any, by you for the use of the services.

Complaint procedure

We have designed our service to be seamless and easily accessible. Should you have any complaint when using the platform, feel free to contact us. We will attend to your query immediately – no longer than 3 business days from the day we receive it.

Deleting the account

You may terminate these Terms and the license granted to you hereunder at any time by contacting us to delete the account. Deleting an account is tantamount to terminating the agreement. Any problems caused by account deletion, such as non-performance of User-to-User agreements, are the sole responsibility of the User requesting deletion.

21Satoshi without prejudice to any other rights may terminate these Terms and the license granted to you hereunder automatically without notice, if you fail to comply with or breach any provision of these Terms. In no event will we be liable for the suspension, removal of or disabling of your access to the site or services or to any feature available therein.  

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted error-free. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by our Service.

No provision of professional or expert advice.

Your use of the platform is solely at your own risk. Nothing on the platform in the means of communication either directed personally or to the public at large, or any specific public, does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice to Users or any other individuals, and assumes no fiduciary duties of Users.

No investment advice

21Satoshi is a crypto trading bot tool that executes trades based on your own signals and strategies or strategies created by other users that you can use from the public strategies that other users have published. You should consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions. 21Satoshi does not provide any specific signals or strategies. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and the use of the bot does not guarantee any financial returns.

Risk disclaimer

Investing in cryptocurrencies and other digital assets is speculative and carries a high degree of risk. The market is highly volatile and any money you put in might be lost. You should carefully consider whether investing in crypto assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

Payment Terms

If you choose to subscribe to the 21Satoshi Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined on our website and managed by Paddle.com ("Subscription Fees"). By providing your payment information, you authorize Paddle.com to charge your designated payment method for the Subscription Fees on a recurring basis, according to the subscription plan you have selected.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal will be for the same subscription plan that you initially selected, unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information to Paddle.com. In the event of a change in your payment information, you must update your details promptly to ensure uninterrupted access to the Service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process in the billing panel. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for future subscription periods, and your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

All payment transactions are processed by Paddle.com, and you agree to abide by Paddle.com's terms of service and privacy policy in relation to payment processing.

14-Day Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription to the 21Satoshi Service. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial subscription ("Refund Period"). During this Refund Period, you may request a full refund of your Subscription Fees if you are not satisfied with the Service. To initiate a refund, go to your billing panel and cancel your subscription within 14 days. Please note that after the Refund Period expires, your subscription is non-refundable, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription term.

Changes

If 21Satoshi decides to change these general terms and conditions, we will post the changed terms and conditions on the Website. You are advised to regularly check whether they have changed. Existing contracts will not be affected by such changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This general terms and conditions in relation to the use of 21Satoshi is hereby governed by, and constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sweden. The competent courts in Sweden shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between you and 21Satoshi.
